If the typeface is not in the Lizzy B Loves catalog, the full purchase amount will added to the final balance due, in addition to the $50 fee mentioned above.
Lizzy B Loves reserves the right to refuse the use of a typeface option if it is felt does not enhance the invitation design.
Can I change the layout of any of the designs, invitation, rsvp, insert, save the date?
Designs are created to complement each-other, therefore major layout changes are not available for the Wedding Invitation Collection designs.
If you have a vision for something different or based on one of the showcased designs, please inquire regarding Custom Invitation Design to get the process started.

Cancellations are not allowed after print and production has started.
Can I return my invitations once I receive them?
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available due to the personalized nature of wedding invitations and day-of stationery. This includes all collection and custom save the dates, thank you cards, wedding programs, place cards, and wedding menus.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available for color inaccuracy.
Why is the color different on the screen/monitor than what I chose?
Please keep in mind, all computer monitors and mobile screens are different, so the final printed wedding invitations and day-of stationery may not exactly match what you see on your end.
While there isn't too much of a shift of color, I always make sure each color is as true as possible to the Lizzy B Loves color swatch options.
For more accurate color options, please request a Lizzy B Loves color swatch chart.

When should I order my Wedding Invitations?
You should order your wedding invitation suites at least 15 weeks before your wedding date for local celebrations.
Please keep in mind that design, print, and production of your Wedding Invitation Suites takes 4-6 weeks. In addition, you will need time to assemble and prepare your invitations for mailing.
How many invitations should I order?
Your invitation quantity is based on your guest count and whether you have many singles, couples, or families who will be receiving an invitation.
The easiest way to figure out how many invitations to order is to list your guests by address and by who will be receiving an invitation, and then adding 10% more for any extras you may need for those on the 'second' list. =)
